expect tight lines
When the water temps start to drop in the fall and through the winter, it's time to throw those streamers. I fished with the Platte River guys, they use these buggers and so should you. Built for bite after bite.

Fishing isn't always about catching fish. That's why this bugger is so disappointing. Be it river, stream or lake, when I tie this fly on I get no peace. I'm constantly unhooking trout, bass, or even pike who seem to be making it their mission to interrupt whatever healthy thoughts are on my mind. When I'm daydreaming about how much I love and appreciate my job or thinking about tomorrow's to-do list, I don't need the unwelcome distraction of a fish trying to run away with my BMB. It takes me right out of the moment. Not cool, fish and not cool, Bugger, you can both bite me. For those of you who understand what I'm talking about, avoid this fly, you'll only be dealing with greedy fish all day which means your real life is being put on hold. Nobody wants that.
