Is it the Miracle Mile or the Mystery Mile???? You never know! However, the Mile has been consistent this spring! The roads have been the issue. With all the moisture in the air this time of year it can be a challenge to get to the Mile. The guides are mainly fishing the inside corners with leeches, bugs and worms. Hot flies are squirmy worms in purple and red, size 14 rock worms in purple and red, mayhem midges in purple and grey, leech and chongs in natural and rust. The flows were recently bumped to 2500 CFS. With the bigger flows, summer fishing is going to be great. Also, with the higher flows its a great time to swing a streamer. Our favorite lately is the fish whacker in white or tan. Give us a call and just maybe you can catch one of those mysterious fish of a lifetime!
